Our Cultural Celebration Week kicks off on May 19th, with our Cultural Celebration Night happening on Thursday, May 22nd. This is always one of our most festive and joyful celebrations of the year! Please join us in celebrating the many beautiful cultures that make up our Hosmer Community. You can participate by performing, hosting a table in the gymnasium, or providing a favorite dish for the potluck.

Throughout the week, we will have several performers come to school during the day. If you would like to perform or have any ideas for performers, please email them to hosmer.ccweek@gmail.com.

Would you like to represent your family's culture in our World Showcase? Your table can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like. In the past, people covered their tables with tablecloths and put out photographs, books, and other objects from the countries they were representing. People have also used computers to display pictures or made trifold posters. It's nice when the tables have an activity for the students to do, but it's not necessary.

Our potluck dinner is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together, share delicious food, and enjoy each other's company. Please bring a dish that showcases your culture or a favorite recipe. You can also donate paper goods, utensils, and beverages.
