We are excited to announce Just Read, a week of fun-filled reading activities, which also serves as a fundraiser for the Hosmer PTO! This week is a fantastic opportunity to further foster enthusiasm for reading and help raise money for our school.
Here are the key details:
Students will color in squares on the attached READ-O board (below) when they complete the activity on the square. We will be working towards our school-wide our goal of filling 6,000 squares!
Help us kick off the event by taking a photo of your child reading in a unique location over vacation, complete the attached sheet (below and backpacked home) and send it to school on Monday, February 24th.
We will be using this as an opportunity to raise funds for the PTO. Please use the attached form to gather sponsors. February vacation is a great time while you are connecting with family and friends. There’s no amount too small – every little bit helps!
Please return all completed sponsorship forms and checks by Friday, March 6th. Checks should be made out to Hosmer PTO.
